Helping women stay in the room — and helping leaders keep them there
Perimenopause often arrives during the same years women are reaching the most experience and influential stages of their careers. Spark workshops explore what happens when changes in confidence, cognition, energy and identity collide with leadership, performance and career growth—and given women and the people who manage them practical tools for navigating it differently.
For women. For managers. For organizations.
The Workshops
Four ways to experience Spark’s framework—choose what fits where you are right now.

Your performance review isn’t only a record of what you’ve done. It’s evidence for a conversation about what you can contribute next. When confidence or visibility changes, women can unintentionally make their future contribution harder to see—particularly during a season when they may not feel entirely like themselves.
This 90-minute online workshop helps women prepare for performance conversations through three lenses that show up in many organizations: Performance, Leadership, Potential.
Participants examine the evidence they’re creating about their future contribution, identify visibility gaps and build a practical 30-day plan for making their capabilities, ambitions and next-level potential easier to see.
90 minutes. Virtual. Individual Registration. Private sessions for organizations available.

A change in how someone is showing up should not automatically become a conclusion about where she can go next. Performance-review conversations influence who gets invested in, who receives the stretch assignment, who is considered ready for more—and sometimes who quietly stops being seen as having potential.
This 90-minute manager workshop examines how observation can become interpretation and how interpretations can begin influencing talent decisions.
Managers learn to evaluate Performance, Leadership and Potential using evidence rather than assumptions - while recognizing the feedback loop that can occur when someone receives fewer opportunities, produces less visible evidence and is consequently viewed as having less potential.
90 minutes. Virtual. Individual Registration. Private sessions for organizations available.

What if you haven’t lost your edge, your ambition or your ability — even if you don’t feel quite like yourself right now?
This is the signature Spark workshop. It explores what happens when perimenopause collides with the career a woman has spent decades building — and why brain fog, disrupted sleep, anxiety, changing confidence and a shifting sense of identity can begin to feel like evidence that something much bigger has changed.
Together, we separate what’s happening from the story we’ve created about it. Women leave with a better understanding of how this stage may be showing up at work, language for talking about what they need and practical ways to protect their confidence, visibility and career momentum.
75 minutes. Virtual. Individual Registration. Private sessions for organizations available.

Sometimes one workshop starts the conversation. Six weeks gives you room to actually work through it.
The Spark Series is an intimate cohort experience for women who want to explore the intersection of perimenopause, confidence, identity, leadership and what comes next. Over six facilitated sessions, participants move beyond understanding symptoms to examining the bigger question this stage can surface.
This series is grounded in the S.P.A.R.K. Framework with guided reflection, practical tools, conversation and a cohort of women navigating many of the same questions.
Six sessions. Small cohort. Limited enrollment.
